Your Story of Change

I help you - a Founder, Leader or Custodian of a Purposeful Business - to establish your “Story of Change” - for you, your business and as a vision for a better world.

Together, we will identify your “Power Team”, meaning the people around you who can help us to activate and share the good word, as well as those who should know about it.

We will co-create and implement a cross-business strategy that will meet the goals that haven’t been achievable with traditional Marketing, Sales, HR, UX and CSR budgets.

I draw on my network and experience. We’ll get creative, spend as little money, resources and time as we can getting lots done. Putting you and your needs as a company first, I help you identify the stories, the people and the budget to make magic happen.

*I prioritise who I work with based on the UN’s 17 Goals or Agenda 2030. I want to help businesses who like to think and talk about working with these goals in mind.

    • Prioritising where you need most support - in your Marketing, with your Team, around Customer Cheerleading or in building up a CSR plan you can be proud of

    • Writing down the story and defining your voice

    • Creation of a “story library” - a digitally written document of finished crafted stories, ready to use in your marketing, with your teams, and to inform your outreach.

SHARING

    • An action plan outlining your Purpose, your Manifesto and your Story of Change.

    • A Year-Plan of how to use Your Story as the backbone for your Marketing & Sales, HR, UX and CSR Strategies with in-depth delivery plans for each, as well as a budget and financial forecast.

    • An in-depth Comms Strategy for internal and external communications with a budget and time-plan

    • A Press Pack for PR with Vision Statement, Testimonials, Biogs, FAQs and a Press Release about your Story

    • Building relationships with local and national media

    • Support in rallying the troops (internal comms, customer cheerleading, community awareness)
